hey hey !! grandfather's out of hospital. very tough for 86 year old. or is it 85. anyhow, he's started complaining about everything again so all's back to normal. thanks to anyone who actually did pray for him =)

oh. and i was wondering. has anyone ever skipped away in smug sadistic glee before ?? i haven't, but bix (the robot in redmeat) has. and i'm jealous. now i just have to think up a situation where i can do that.

and also, fish n co. have opened in perth !! me n adit went there today .. and i only found it 'coz me and linda had to look for monument-candidates in fremantle !! wheeee !! did you know that they're in singapore, malaysia, australia and the middle east ?? gosh. they must love seafood in the middle east. and the manager was nice too. she said me and adit looked familiar (right-o) but anyhow, food was good.

hmm and what else. oh yes, our project for studio is "thing: an urban artefact". as part of the search process for a potential monument (the aforementioned urban artefact) we went to wireless hill park. that's the first spot in western australia to have short-wave radio. communicating with ships and broadcasting across the country and stuff. so anyhow. it's this totally secluded spot where stu's seen abos in balaclavas before. but he just went at a bad time. all we saw were smooching couples (1), old people (lots and in couples too *aww*), and shady character (1) .. this guy was in a leather jacket (black) and pants (also black). he drove an audi a4 (also black) and was talking on the phone (incidentally, mobile reception there pisses on reception everywhere else) and after talking, he disappeared. so me and li (our bodyguard for the day. remember the abos ??) reckon he's a) having an affair, or b) engaging in illegal activities. apparently, there is also a resident flasher who appears once in awhile and disappears into the heritage bush trail after showing his thing off. so much stuff going on there. but we didn't choose that site for our monument afterall. we're doing the dingo flour mill. it's got a large (you guessed it !!) dingo on the front of the storage cabin or whatever the hell it is. site visit tomoro. linda's cousin is our chauffer for the day, as well as the stupid end of the tape-measure holding team.

so anyhow, that's the end of my blogging for today. it's heaps 'coz that's my week in a nutshell.

talk abt depressing .. my paternal grandfather's in intensive care 'coz he's down with pneumonia. he's 85 going on 86 and everyone reckons he's not going to last very long soooo .. well whoever here believes in God, please pray that his passing will be as painless and simple as possible.

on a slightly more positive note, ofoto is no longer my preferred online photo album .. i'm now with phototrail. the new link will be up soon and the current photos will be quite the same. also, i will be putting up some baby photos i think, 'coz honestly, i was a very cute child.
